Optimize marketing and PMO activities to increase the number of closed deals (conversion to deal from 2%) for new properties on Phuket Island

WORK RESULTS

SALES DEPARTMENT
In the first month of operation, the top selling segment in Phuket was identified and the best properties were offered to both RED marketing and the client’s PPA. Target load OP increased and transaction cycle shortened to 1 month
CONVERSION
The average conversion rate from the total volume of leads has reached 3% in just 3 months of operation and will continue to grow
deals
For 3 months of cooperation only from  channel of RED leads were made 9 deals, and the cohort of leads is still reaching and  can bring deals in the next 2−3 months
Anti-fraud
176 suspicious requests (fraud) were identified, which were successfully blocked and did not reach the client's working funnel
